Upper Sheringham is a small Parish with an approximate population of 220 set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

​Most of the Parish is in a conservation area with the most notable listed building being Sheringham Hall. The Hall is set within Sheringham Park which is now owned by the National Trust.
​
All Saints Church is situated in the centre of the village, it was built in the 14th and 15th century and has an extensive churchyard.
​
Also sited in the centre of the village are the Village Hall with ample parking and The Reservoir which was erected in 1814.
